Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before an order is packed, handed to a transport provider or otherwise committed for dispatch. Approval depends on the order status and any non-recoverable charges already incurred.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if products are damaged, defective, materially different from what was confirmed, or if the wrong item was supplied. Keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs, video, invoice and transport details where available. We will review the issue and offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.
Safety-sensitive goods
